Dear R.H. Dana Families,
Welcome back Whales and a great big welcome to our new R.H. Dana families! I hope you had a wonderful summer and I am looking forward to a great year ahead!
My name is Gabe Smith and I am your PTA president this year. Being involved with the PTA for ENF last year opened my eyes to see the help needed to give the students and families the support they need. I have a son in 1st grade. He enjoys playing, learning and dancing with his classmates. I enjoy taking him to the school that I attended and remember how much of an impact this school
had on my childhood. It is a full circle to be in this position and I look forward to helping the students have a great experience. I look forward to serving this community.
We are a bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural school--amazing qualities we will share with our incoming families and continue to grow throughout this coming year. We are planning on several fun events throughout the year and programs to enrich the students’ experience, which will provide plenty of opportunities to volunteer and participate in this amazing R.H. Dana community. It takes a village - please consider becoming a PTA Member and contributing your ideas, time and energy to help make our school a wonderful place to learn! This year we will continue with our mission to engage and support the learning and growth of every student here at R.H. Dana Elementary.
